And then there are nights
When the moon is not bright
And the stars...

Can I ask you a question, and it might be really ignorant? Ready? ...
– so random. asked as i was starting my makeup for the first show. i guess i should’ve asked why she was wondering that…..
when the heat of it subsides, at the end of it all, i find myself always in the same place…
wishing i were with you.

it was bound to snap. i was told one too many times, in quiet acknowledgments, that i was a favorite to watch perform. also told that i’ve dropped weight, and i’m hoping in a good way. (my track is quite cardiac in this show.) one person had said that i have such a great personality and the fact it shines on stage makes it that much more enjoyable to watch. i told them i’m...

An old high school frienemy came to watch the sunday show. Chatting at the Monkey Bar and then him and his friend Shane took me and Noe out to Pho. SO GOOD!
so funny reminiscing on how ghetto our high school upbringing was. good times.
everytime i set foot in shabooms, i lose brain cells. they had the Return to Oz playing. so strange.
Picked up Dave’s mom from the airport after our...
[ do you matter? ]
^ Remy asked me that during the first show. Hahahaha! What he meant, in english, was “DOES IT matter?” Love Remsters.
Mickey Rourke was at our second show tonight. Craziness. Wish he wanted to stay to take a pic with us. Two celebs already and no one wants to go up on our wall, boo :( Hahaha, we don’t care too much actually.
I’m having a lot more fun doing the show...
December 16, 1961: The soundtrack to Blue Hawaii reaches #1 on the album charts, where it will remain for 20 weeks. With sales of 2 million, it is Elvis Presley’s best-selling album to date.
I know we have Can’t Help Falling In Love in the show, but if Blue Hawaii was his best selling album, I say we should’ve kept Rock-A-Hula. Or have a tribute to it! Me and my cowgirl sisters...
[ just a thought as i was driving home from work...
Sometimes I imagine the worst of a situation. I pan it out in my mind. And then quickly after, I play out the best in a situation; a real romantic view of it. So when the real life situation does surface and the average, most common, very regular turn out turns out, I am at a slight disappointment. True to scorpio, I like the extremes and rarely ever settle in the middle.
It makes for a more...
[ rain, rain, don't go away ]
It was cloudy and gloomy and cold and rainy and wet and PERFECT on my two days off. The rain forces one to NOT do anything which is sometimes a difficult thing to do.
After our bday celebration for Alain/meet and party a little with Avril Lavigne shindig at Gold Lounge aka the Monkey bar, I spent the night home alone. It’s actually been a while since I did the home alone thing. Waking up...
[ Random ]
Last night at Gold Lounge, some very shwasted asian guy grabbed my wrist, pulled me so I was facing him straight on, gasped, grabbed my face, looked in my eyes, and told me he loved me.
And it wasn’t my boyfriend, haha XP
I gave the man a nod, grabbed his shoulders, gave him a good shake and told him he was drunk face and to have a good rest of the night.
[ i sat in the second row. no i'm didn't. i don't...
^ Noelle is so funny. That’s what she told us after watching the first show. She’s cray cray!!! ;D
Anywho woke up to the smell of coffee being made this morning, thanks Alli! Just a chill day at home. And it was cold and raining outside so it was perfect. Started watching Sunshine Cleaning. Was in a little bit of a funk after talkin to my mom.

I think I know now why I felt so sad.
[ mind over matter, heart over mind ]
Most of the time, my heart knows things far before my head ever catches on. It’s one of the most confusing states to be in. I always saturate myself in every emotion. A rather scorpio-like trait. I’ve been like that since birth, ask my family. So when you’re heart is steps ahead of your head, feeling completely immersed in an emotion before you can understand why is a...

An appropriate quote seeing as last night I was sobbing uncontrollably for reasons beyond my understanding.

Allison’s birthday started off perfectly by celebrating the midnight turn at McMullan’s. So fun. I literally laughed so hard I cried, and three times!!!

i dreamt of my wedding. i remember i was busy doing something else in the beginning of the dream. i was with some girl and we were about to kiss. i think she was just a friend but we were dressed in crazy dresses and i was supposed to make her feel loved. so weird. then it jumps to my wedding. and people are bustling about, getting ready. it was in this really big space, but not a church. ...
[ he's not even in this number! ]
i never realize when i pick all things striped to wear to work. eh, it was appropriate. we worked on jailhouse rock again. finished it. it’ll be amazing. it’s a lot of fun, but SO TIRING. my biceps, bum, and quads are going to be so toned.

Sad thing is, you can still love someone and be wrong for them.

And so here I am, the Night Owl of the Nest, up past 3am, finally beginning the slow descend from a surprisingly interesting day.
The day started with Love, as I guess all days SHOULD start but fail to keep with the routine for some, or most, of us. I am now no longer the only one out at sea, on a makeshift raft with no paddles or oars to take over control of where I wish to be. My faith is now...
[ Vote for Pedro ]
It’s the last day of our four day vacation. I’m sitting in an empty Bird’s Nest watching Napoleon Dynamite, at the scene where a lowrider filled with Pedro’s cousins comes to pick him up, trying not to scratch at my 6 shots - 3 on each arm - suddenly having an urge to make paper cranes because last night i saw the cranes hanging in Summer’s apartment in 500 Days....

cleaned my room. finally. yay!
remembered just in time that we had a mini tapis rouge and had to be at the theatre at 430 and not 5.
“will this require us to be ready earlier?” “no.” ……you guys will be going out to the house before the show starts. ”so….yes, this WILL require us to be ready earlier.” “….oh.”
